We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. Follow the directions on the back of the packing slip to return merchandise for credit. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.

We hope that your jewelry purchase exceeds your expectations. However, if you would like to make a return, you have 14 DAYS to do so from the day we ship your order.

All items MUST be returned unworn in their original condition.
All tags must still be attached.
We are only able to accept returns that are received by mail.

Your return merchandise requires a Return Authorization Code.
Contact info@ginjerjar.com with your order # and the items you would like to return. Clearly write this code on the outside of the package, fill out the pink return form and include it inside the box with your return.

We are happy to do repairs on items, but shipping costs are to be covered by the owner of the jewelry. Depending on the nature of the repair a small fee may apply.
